Since 1968, Thermal Services has provided dependable heating and air conditioning to homes and businesses throughout Nebraska and Iowa. During this time we have developed a reputation built on a foundation of integrity, knowledge, honesty and trust. Our award wining team has provided service to more than 600 commercial sites, including such names as Lozier Corporation, Schering Plough, Kiewit Construction, Sampson Construction, District 66 Schools and a long list of over 7,000 residential customers.

With an intense in-house education program, we forge the area's most elite technicians, many of whom are certified by the North American Technical Alliance (NATE). Our state of the art on-site training facility features a full-time training staff dedicated to providing our technicians with the most up to date knowledge available in commercial/residential heating and cooling technology.

Thermal Services has also become the recipient of several awards including the Better Business Bureau Integrity Award, the Lennox Circle of Excellence and the Lennox Premier Dealer rating. Built in 1983, our 15,600 square foot corporate headquarters is located in Omaha Nebraska and houses our on-site fabrication shop, customer service office, training facilities and corporate offices.

Thermal Services has participated in the Home Rehabilitation Program--Rebuilding Together Omaha

Working with the Heating and Cooling Contractors Association we provided three families in our area with a general review, cleaning, filter replacement, and minor adjustments of their heating and air conditioning systems.

Thermal Services has partnered with the Open Door Mission/Lydia House for Operation Santa Toy Drive.

We volunteer our service vans and employees to pick up toys from local businesses and deliver them to the Lydia House for the holidays.
