"Thermal Services and You – A Perfect Fit"

When considering replacement or installation of a heating and air conditioning system, it's important to have a well laid out plan. That's why Thermal Services offers in-home consultation to evaluate the needs of our customers and requirements of an efficient system for their home.

Our customer service representatives will arrange for one of our Comfort Consultants to come to your home for a personal consultation that fits your schedule. We have appointments available at 9am, 1pm, 4pm, and 7pm. These appointments generally take from about an hour to an hour and a half depending on the size and requirements of the home.

The consultant will take measurements in every room and perform a heat loss/gain analysis to properly size the equipment for your home. They will also ask a variety of questions to learn more about issues that may potentially be helped with a system such as medical problems. Other questions about the home help our technicians design the proper heating and air conditioning system that best fits the needs of our customers.
