We realize your time is valuable and waiting all day for a service call during the "mystery time" of "somewhere between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m." is just plain frustrating. We'll also call you when the technician is en-route and approximately 15-20-minutes from the call time, so you don't have to wait around all day wondering when someone will stop by.

In fact, we utilize state-of-the-art wireless web-based on-site software that we helped develop in conjunction with IBM and Openstream Inc. Each technician carries a computer pad that instantly connects with Thermal's computer system, allowing access to customer records, exact parts pricing, and much more.

With Thermal Services customer database, you'll never have to dig out old invoices or service contracts just to schedule a service call or get a question answered. We keep all your records on file, so in a flash, we can pull up detailed information about your past service calls, invoices and maintenance agreements.

After hours customer service

Though our main office has regular business hours, we know that heating and cooling problems occur on their own schedule. Which is why no matter what time you need to call us service will be scheduled.
