It's our goal at Thermal Services to provide our customers with the best products
and services for both residential and commercial applications. We evaluate the needs
of our customers and provide equipment that best fits the requirements and budget
of each installation. Along with our wide variety of products, we also offer installation
of ductwork and venting from our fabrication facility, ensuring a custom fit for
every job.
We offer an extensive line of Lennox and Trane products as well as a wide variety
of quality heating and air conditioning products and accessories through many manufacturers.
In these product lines we offer the following:
Air Conditioners
Thermal Services provides air conditioners in a range of 13-21 SEER (seasonal energy
efficient ratio). SEER is a measure of cooling efficiency for air conditioners and
heat pumps—the higher the SEER the more energy efficient the unit.
Dave Lennox Signature™ Collection Air Conditioners run up to 13 times quieter than
a standard air conditioner, which means you can enjoy outdoor parties and picnics
without the disruptive noise. One of the most efficient, cost-effective systems
you can own, a Lennox runs at low, finely tuned speeds. For you, that means more
consistent home comfort at a lower cost.
Heat Pumps
Heat pumps are multifunctional. They force heat out of your home in the summer;
they pump heat into your home in the winter. With a new Lennox Heat Pump installed
by Thermal Services, it’s possible to save as much as 48% on your annual heating
costs, which could save you hundreds of dollars. Lennox heat pumps lead the industry
in efficiency ratings. For example, a Lennox XP19 Heat Pump is twice as efficient
as a typical heat pump. These quiet units are nearly undetectable outdoors; nice
for when you or your neighbors are outside.
Air-Source Heat Pumps – transfers heating and cooling from and to the ambient air
surrounding the unit. Geo Thermal Water Source Heat Pumps – using the Earth’s ability
to store heat energy as a perfect source for high efficiency heating and cooling.
These systems tap into that stored energy to provide comfort for your home year
round.
Furnaces
We carry the industry’s best furnaces from the Dave Lennox Signature™ Collection.
These are the quietest, most efficient heating systems you can buy. For example,
the G61V gas furnace has an efficiency rating of up to 94.6%. (rating of 95%) This
means that if your furnace is working at maximum efficiency levels, it could save
you lots of money in the long run with lower energy bills. Plus, with its two-stage
variable speed, it minimizes up and down temperature changes. That means you get
a steady, even airflow throughout your house.
Natural Gas Furnaces–Provides 80-95% annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE).
AFUE is a measure of a gas furnace's efficiency in converting fuel to energy, the
higher the rating the more efficient the unit. These units can also be converted
to use propane as another source of fuel.
Electric Heat Furnaces – Electric heating provides a 100% efficient heating source.
This electric heat alternative can be used as the primary source of heat or as supplementary
heat in a heat pump application. Thermal Services also can supply Lennox Electric
EvenHeat technology, which controls the supply air temperature in the most efficient
way.
Air Handlers
These units primarily support the airflow needs of heat pumps with electric furnace
applications.
Indoor Air Quality Products
Humidifiers - These products include both the Lennox or Trane humidifiers
and controls.
Whole house dehumidifiers control the humidity throughout the whole house using
the same forced air source as the furnace or air handler.
Electronic Air Cleaners including Trane "CleanEffects"™ – These
products will clean the air by charging and capturing particles with a high voltage
source. These are very effective in removing particles from the airstream both with
a media filter and the electronic cells. The Trane "CleanEffects"™ has some "new"
technologies that have improved the electronic air cleaner.
With a Honeywell Whole-House Air Cleaner, you’re sure to notice a difference in
the quality of air in your home. Honeywells are 40-60 times more efficient than
regular 1" filters and can last much longer. Over time, these excellent filters
pay for themselves, unlike the standard filters that you have to replace every month.
HRV / ERV
Heat Recovery Ventilator - Provides your home with healthier fresh
air through a regulated fresh air exchange. Efficiently bringing in fresh air without
losing the heat energy contained in the present conditioned air.
Energy Recovery Ventilator – Provides your home with healthier
fresh air through a regulated fresh air and humidity exchange. We efficiently bring
in fresh air without losing the heat energy and humidity contained in the present
conditioned air.
Lennox "PureAir"™ Air Purification System – This is the only technology
that combats all three classes of air contaminants. The PureAir uses a catalyst
to chemically change nasty chemicals and odors into water vapor and carbon dioxide.
It controls odors by reducing (up to 50%) the TVOC’s that are recognized as household
odors and chemicals.
Carbon Monoxide Detectors - Thermal Services will research and
make available the best CO detectors that are currently on the market at any given
time.
Air Filtration – Thermal Services will provide many different media
filtration options. Our product line and the quality of the installations make this
a real benefit to our customers.
Controls
Thermal Services offers a wide variety of thermostats to meet your home's individual
needs. These include items for the visually impaired, non-programmable and programmable.
We also offer thermostats that can automatically control humidify and dehumidify
functions, wireless and communicating applications.
Zoning Systems – Control the temperature where needed and keep your second floor
as comfortable as your first floor. We also offer wireless controls for add on zoning
applications that enable broader coverage in areas that may be difficult or impossible
to get into with standard solutions.
Mini-Split Systems
These are individual room cooling systems for special applications such as additions,
or where ductwork is simply not an option. Unico – High Velocity Heating and Air
Conditioning Systems – The ultimate system for those older homes where cooling was
not installed initially. This is the one of the "best" of the retrofit choices available.
